What happens if a project's MOQ isn't met?
If a particular project's minimum required order is not fulfilled, refunds will be issued to individuals who have purchased / backed the project. Please be patient with us as we work through processing. If there was a payment processing fee, this will not be included in the refund.
Can I return something I've purchased?
Returns are not accepted.
Where can I find out more information about the status of a project that I've pre-ordered?
Our team works very hard to provide you with clear and transparent updates about projects that have been fulfilled after the pre-order phase. Signing up for our email newsletter is the best way to keep up to date with a project of interest.
What happens if a product's pre-order has been closed?
Unfortunately, this generally means that you have missed out on being able to purchase the product. We recommend signing up for our email newsletter so that you can stay up-to-date with all information about our upcoming releases.

It is occasionally possible that there is left-over stock for a particular product. In that case, we will offer a flash sale for the remaining units.
What do I do if my item is damaged?
Welcome Center LLC is not responsible for any damages that may have occurred during transit. We inspect each item for quality control before sending them out to each customer.

However, If your item is damaged upon arrival please contact our team at info@welcome-welcome as soon as possible so that we can help you resolve the issue.
